Most of our handcrafted pieces are processed within 3-5 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your location and the size of the item.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Rezy Design ships to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations in the near future.
What is your return policy for home decor items?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture or final sale items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged.
How can I track the status of my delivery?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal. For large furniture items, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window.
